We did market research, created a business plan and brand, and I created the online demo for Knoque. Knoque is a premier customer service platform to rapidly connect corporate customer service representatives with their everyday consumers. We provide an affordable tool for our corporate partners to streamline and modernize their current customer service methods. Our integration of modern communication methods and queue organization ensures that customer service becomes a more pleasant experience for both the consumer and company. In addition, with a goal of creating a network of customers and consumers, Knoque seeks to revolutionize the customer service industry.
